Chancery quarto; printed in red and black; g4 [i.e. leaf 52] recto: 33 lines, 155 x 101 mm; types: 144G (incipit), 111G (liturgical texts printed under music), 95G (text); woodcut initials and initial spaces with guide letters; printed music

Leaves numbered in an early hand; early marginal annotations and corrections throughout. On l8 verso, a circle containing the names of saints Dominic, Thomas, and Raymond. Purchased from the Rosenbach Company in 1936.
BINDING: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.405.57 bound in early tacketed vellum, original ties present. Spine unlabeled. Later pastedowns and free endpapers.
